I arrived in Valencia, drawn by both life and love.
It’s a city I chose for its balance : history and sea, light and rhythm, a way of living that feels both grounded and generous.
Marie is Curious started from a simple desire:
to create the kind of experiences I believe in.
Before Valencia, I spent several years in Paris working as a licensed guide.
What I loved most was creating moments. Small groups, real conversations, and a way of discovering a place that feels natural and human.
That is what I wanted to bring here.
When I discover a city, I prepare carefully : reading, researching, observing.
But I always leave space to wander, to notice what isn’t planned, to follow intuition.
And always, to eat.
Because food is never just food, it’s one of the most direct ways to understand a place, its people, and its rhythm.
The experiences I design are not meant to feel like tours.
They are small, thoughtful moments shaped around conversation, atmosphere, and a genuine connection to the city.
