Welcome to Marie is Curious. By booking or participating in one of our experiences, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. About Marie is Curious
Marie is Curious offers small-group and private experiences in Valencia, Spain, focused on culture, food, walking tours, and local discovery.
All experiences are designed and hosted personally by Marie.
2. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed after direct communication and payment agreement.
At the moment, payments may be made through:
- Bizum
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
- Other agreed methods
Availability is limited and places are offered on a first-confirmed basis.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€).
Prices may vary depending on:
- group size
- private requests
- custom experiences
- optional services
Any additional costs will always be communicated before confirmation.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
By guests
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the experience may be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the experience may not be refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
By Marie is Curious
In rare cases, experiences may be cancelled due to:
- severe weather
- illness
- safety concerns
- unforeseen circumstances
In this case, guests will be offered:
- a new date
- or a full refund
5. Participation
Guests are responsible for ensuring that the experience is suitable for them.
Please inform us in advance about:
- dietary restrictions
- allergies
- mobility considerations
- children in the group
- any other specific needs
Some walking tours include uneven streets, stairs, or longer walking distances.
Alternative options may sometimes be arranged for guests with reduced mobility.
6. Food & Drinks
Food tours may include tastings prepared by independent local businesses.
Marie is Curious cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
Guests remain responsible for informing us of allergies or dietary requirements before the tour.
Alcoholic drinks are only served to guests of legal drinking age.
Non-alcoholic alternatives are always possible.
7. Photography
During some experiences, photographs may be taken for personal memories or promotional purposes.
Guests may request at any time not to appear in photos shared publicly.
For romantic experiences including Instax photographs, the printed photos are included in the experience unless otherwise stated.
8. Liability
Marie is Curious is not responsible for:
- loss or theft of personal belongings
- accidents caused by personal negligence
- disruptions caused by weather, transport, strikes, or events outside reasonable control
Guests participate voluntarily and are responsible for their own personal safety during the experience.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and tour concepts, is the property of Marie is Curious unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission.
10. Privacy
Personal information shared through contact forms or bookings is used only for communication related to your experience.
